Description
Mechanics and Plastic parts degreasing
Neutralene V 200 provides excellent solvency of oils, greases and temporary protective products. Suitable to clean most of plastics and elastomers, as well as metallic parts (included those that are coated or precious).
Cleaning of Inks
Efficiently removes liquid or fatty inks, as well as inks used in silk screen printing, and allows the cleaning of the material used in silk-screen printing, the cleaning of inkpot.
Cleaning of surplus Glues or Resins
It dilutes very well most of organic material. Good solvency of glues (even those that are anaerobic: liquid, gel or paste), UV adhesive, plastics material, non-reticulated resins.
Surface preparation before Painting, or before Gluing
It may be used to clean metallic parts, some plastics, elastomers or composite materials. Neutralene V 200 eliminates all organic or inorganic dirt before a surface treatment. It is free from stabiliser (does not cause oxidation) and improves surface adhesion.
Brake & parts cleaner
Excellent solvency for brake fluid, grease, oil, road dirt, built up grime. evaporating rate is specially engineered for efficient cleaning of the brake parts: solvent gets the time to penetrate in all the system, to dissolve the dirt, and to wash away all the contaminants.
Suitable for Cleaning of cast iron, composite, ceramic, carbon/carbon brake discs.
Neutralene V 200 can also be used for the degreasing of electrical engines, has no action on isolating varnishes.
Cleaning of electrical devices out of tension
Neutralene V 200 has a high purity index. It may be used to clean electrical equipment that is not sensitive to solvent. It has a breakdown tension of 50,000 volts (according to IEC standard 156).
Neutralene V 200 can also be used for the degreasing of electrical engines, has no action on isolating varnishes.
