Machining metal and fabrication processes use a range of lubricants and pastes whilst controlling corrosion and degredation of metal components. We provide a range of products to suit the puposes of metal treatment during welding, machining, rolling, milling, storage and shipping. All products are tested and data provided against many applications and materials such as carbon steel, stainless steels, aluminium, brass, and many other alloys.
CUTTING OILS
ETERNA 3000
Next-generation soluble cutting oil. Optimum removal of cuttings by nano lubrication. Cutting fluid for all typesof operation. Usable on all metals, ferrous or non-ferrous.
MICROCHEM 35
Oil for micro-lubrication and lubrication. On aluminium alloys, including with silicon. Guaranteed chlorine-freeand sulphur-free.
PLASTIKOL T2
Machining fluid for drilling, boring, tapping. Suitable viscosity for operations on automatic machines.
PENETRATING FLUIDS
DP 6
6-function penetrating fluid: fast-acting thread lubricant, deoxidizer, lubricant, anti-corrosion agent, cleaner, tar remover.
IMPACT
100% plant-based penetrating fluid, thread lubricant, deoxidizer, lubricant, degreaser, cleaner, tar remover, solvent, anti-spatter, mould release agent, renovator, gloss finish.

NÉOLUBE® MÉTAL 900
Aluminium anti-seize paste for fitting, assembly and disassembly, high temperatures. -20°C/+900 °C.
NÉOLUBE® MÉTAL 1100
Copper anti-seize paste. Fitting, assembly and disassembly, high temperatures. Electrically conductive. -20°C/+1100 °C.
NÉOLUBE® MÉTAL 1200
Nickel anti-seize paste for fitting, assembly and disassembly, very high temperatures. -20°C/+1200 °C.
NÉOLUBE® CÉRAM 900
Composite weld-proof paste. Technical ceramic - NB nano -WS2. No electrolytic bonding effect. Assembly Disassembly -25°C/+900°C
GALVANISING AGENTS
GALVA ZN+
Cold galvanising aerosol, available in gloss, ultra gloss and matt finish. Metal coating, retouches, finishes. Can be welded and painted. High covering capacity: 10 m2per aerosol. -50°C to +550 °C.
ANTI-CORROSION
PROTECT CR 250
Wax for long-term corrosion protection for all metals. Cocooning. Sea shipping.
PROTECT FL 100
Oil for long-term corrosion protection. Penetrating, low surface tension. Pieces that are difficult to access. Mechanical elements with complex shapes. Colourless fluid.
WELDING
AS 10
Weld anti-spatter spray for sheet metal, parts and nozzles. Non-flammable, solvent-free, smokeless.
AS 50
Weld anti-spatter spray for use with all wire diameters, sheet metal and nozzles. Non-flammable.
