Paint, Resin & Polymer Cleaning

Painting, coating and sealing industries are in great need of safe cleaning solvents and paint removers with proven performance, extensive testing, and elimination of adverse health effects and industrial dangers such as flash fires.  Ibiotec innovation chemistry provides many solutions for increased performance and safety.

An effective replacement for dangerous solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, Thinners, Acetone MEK, MIBK etc. which are toxic and highly flammable.  It is an alternative to NMP and NEP and requires NO Hazard or Warning Pictogram according to CLP 1272 GHS Regulations.

Has a mild mango odour and is not classified flammable (Flashpoint 90⁰) and is guaranteed free of hazardous, harmful, irritating or sensitising substances.  It will remove resins, epoxies, glues, paints and polyurethanes.  It is a cleaning solvent for non-cured or freshly polymerised resins, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy and BIS-GMA.

Fast Clean Mango 90 provides an important breakthrough in safety and performance for solvent cleaning in the coatings, resins and paint industries.  It is partially water soluble to allow easy clean up.

Fast Clean Mango 90 can be used in areas such as:

• Cleaning of quick- or slow-curing epoxy structural adhesives.
• Surface preparation before gluing or sealing
• Cleaning of epoxy resin removal equipment
• Cleaning of sprayed coatings
• Cleaning of Blow'In materials for polyester/fibreglass flock spraying

A new generation solvent designed to replace Acetone which is highly flammable.  It is guaranteed to be free of chlorinated, hazardous, harmful, irritating, or sensitising substances.

Neutralene® RG 30 has a controlled evaporation rate and reduces volume consumption compared to acetone, thinners, MEK etc. by a factor of about 5 or more, so its use is very cost effective.  It is easily recoverable, distillable and reusable, without any loss of its physicochemical qualities.

Neutralene® RG 30 quickly dissolves:

• Polyester resins
• Epoxy resins
• Gelcoat, including hybrids

Neutralene® RG 30 is also an excellent substitute for aromatic blends (Toluene-Xylene) / ketones (MIBK - MEK) used in the clean-up of solvent-based paints without the chemical hazards. Key uses include cleaning rollers, de-icers and application tools for the implementation of polyester resins and epoxies Neutralene® RG 30 has an optimized evaporation rate allowing effective action even on highly reactive resins having a short TECAM gel time of a few minutes.

Decap Strip VG innovation chemistry is powered by unique bio-based ingredients derived from plant sources.  Available also as a liquid called Decap Strip VG.

Decap Strip Gel is guaranteed to be free from Methylene Chloride, a classified carcinogen, but also without any other chlorine solvent, ketone solvents, NEP, NMP.  It has a high flash point (87⁰C) which allows it have a higher level of safety for storage, transport and in industrial and domestic uses.

It has high performance on all kinds of paints, powder coatings, resins, varnishes and inks. Its formula was developed in order to be effective on coatings and dry at ambient temperatures, and also on bi-components systems, thermosetting, or with UV polymerized coatings.  Decap Strip Gel will remove urethanes, lacquers, varnish, latexes, alkyd paints, and elastomers from steel or timber surfaces.
