Bioclean ® AL HP is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaner specifically formulated for heavy cleaning jobs in industrial applications.  NSF Program Listed A1, Registration 146624 and may be used in ultrasonic cleaning machines.

Effective removal of all animal, vegetable and mineral based contaminants.  Bioclean ® AL HP is especially recommended for the removal of natural contaminants like oil, grease and heavy and light hydrocarbons.

Bioclean® MECA 300 is a super concentrated alkaline detergent specially designed for machinery.  It contains anti-corrosion agents, and will remove greases, oils, lubricants, ironing soaps, protective waxes. Suitable for soaking, in containers, in ultrasound containers, cold or warm, inside washing machines, with scrapers, felt tip pen applicators, or wiping.

Bioclean® MECA 300 is a versatile industrial cleaner for metal parts, painted or coated surfaces, plastic materials.  It provides degreasing of mechanical parts, surface preparation before painting as well as degreasing of plastic injection moulds, in glass making, in foundries and press tools.

Bioclean® MECA 300 is also effective for removal of drawing lubricants on continuous tubes or dipping in bundles. It may also be used for degreasing and cleaning of power transmission systems.

Bioclean® VG 55 is a new industrial detergent with a concentrated formula of 55% active ingredients designed for formulators or distributors who are looking for a private label, environmentally friendly technology.

Based on surfactants from bio-sources of vegetable and marine origin, it has no requirement to include a danger or warning symbol pursuant to CLP 1272 2008 - GHS.

Guaranteed to be NTA-free, EDTA-free, solvent-free, phosphate-free and caustic-free, Bioclean® VG 55 biodegrades easily and quickly, VOC-free, pH-regulated.  It provides increased wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, degreasing and cleaning ability.

Adding a fragrance or a dye, which may have an environmental impact on the final product, remains an option in terms of marketing.

OranaTech VG is an innovative, environmentally friendly detergent cleaner based on vegetable and marine based surfactant technology and can effectively replace caustic detergents in many cleaning applications.

Based on surfactants from bio-sources of vegetable and marine origin, it has no requirement to include a danger or warning symbols pursuant to CLP 1272 2008 - GHS.

By definition, OranaTech VG contains absolutely no solvents, or phosphates, and combines an ideal blend of wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, degreasing and cleaning surface active agents, for optimum cleaning operations.  Readily biodegradable and no VOCs.

At ready to use dilutions (typically less than 5%), OranaTech VG has a pH of 9.5
