NEUTRALENE VG 2020 is a high-performance rig wash for instantaneous clean-up of crude oils
Non-flammable, and safe in ATEX zones. Almost immediate dissolution, rinsing with water and sea water, leaving residue free surfaces. It is also used to clean industrial smoke stacks, internal bodies of boilers, heat treatment ovens.
Maintenance in refineries
VG 2020 is used to decontaminate, clean, and degrease all existing surfaces in refineries: pipe arrays, areas, floors, pans, tanks, boiler casings.
When used undiluted, it can then be removed easily with water using high-pressure equipment.
Maintenance on chemical sites and Marine Applications
All-purpose degreasing of mineral, animal or vegetable-based oils and greases.
Cleaning and degreasing of cargo holds, freight stowage spaces, and bridges. Provides immediate degreasing action without significant mechanical action, followed by rinsing with water. Non-flammable and no VOCs to avoid explosion in confined environments.

NEUTRALENE VG 2020 can be used in all activity sectors working in ultra-hot ambiances. They can be applied and are effective on surfaces reaching 200°C without emitting hazardous vapours (tested by GCMS). To save time and energy (ISO 50 001), there is no need to wait for the ambient temperature of components to drop.
